സഞ്ചാരികൾക്കും സാഹസികർക്കും പ്രീയപ്പെട്ട ഇടമാണ് അഡ്വഞ്ചർ പാർക്ക്. കൊല്ലം ബസ് സ്റ്റാൻഡിൽ നിന്ന് മൂന്ന് കിലോമീറ്റര് അകലെ ആശ്രാമത്ത് ആണ് ഈ സാഹസിക വിനോദ പാർക്ക്. കുട്ടികൾക്ക് സ്‌കേറ്റിങ് , ബർമ്മ ബ്രിഡ്ജ് , കമാൻഡോ നൈറ്റ് എന്നിങ്ങനെ വിവിധ വിനോദങ്ങളുണ്ട്. സ്പീഡ് ബോട്ടും , മോട്ടോർ ബോട്ടും , പെഡൽ ബോട്ടുമായി ബോട്ടിങ് സൗകര്യമുണ്ട് . മൺറോ പ്രഭുവിന്റെ വസതിയായിരുന്ന 200 വർഷത്തോളം പഴക്കമുള്ള ഗസ്റ്റ് ഹൗസും ഇവിടെയുണ്ട്. തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തു നിന്ന് 50 കി.മി അകലെ പൊന്മുടിക്ക് പോകുന്ന വഴിയിൽ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്നു .ഒരു മലയോര വന പ്രദേശമാണ്. കരമനയാറിന് കുറുകെ നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന പേപ്പാറ അണക്കെട്ടിന്റെ ജലസംഭരണമേഖലയിലെ വനമാണ് പേപ്പാറ വന്യ ജീവി സങ്കേതം. 53 ചതുരശ്ര കി.മി വ്യാപിച്ചു കിടക്കുന്ന ഈ വന്യ ജീവി സങ്കേതം 1983 ൽ നിലവിൽ വന്നു. ആന, കാട്ടു പോത്ത് , കാട്ടു പന്നി, കടുവ,പുള്ളിപ്പുലി,മ്ലാവ്,സിംഹവാലൻ കുരങ്ങ്, മലബാർ മലയണ്ണാൻ, നീർപക്ഷികൾ , മലമ്പാമ്പ് , രാജവെമ്പാല മുതലായവ ഈ വന്യ ജീവി സങ്കേതത്തിൽ ഉണ്ട് . അപൂർവ ഇനം ചിത്രശലഭങ്ങളുടെയും താമസ കേന്ദ്രം കൂടിയാണ് ഇവിടം. ponmudi forest peppara dam animals zoo thiruvananthapuram kerala
